Coaching Services
NUTRITION: One of the most important aspects of any program! Your nutrition will be updated as often as necessary to keep delivering the desired results. We will show you how to make progress using these program, and provide bi-weekly consults to gauge your progress and make changes when necessary. Emails can be done between consults for any questions.
Prior to putting together your program, you will fill out a client assessment form to ascertain your individual needs. Members can also be added to Team Doberman's Private FB group for additional support with your coaches and other Team Doberman members.
TRAINING: A good training blueprint is necessary in order to achieve the goals you desire. We formulate personalized programs based on your individual goals (No cookie cutter). The training programs will have specific details (Links to video and descriptions when necessary) with exercise recommendation and execution.

Contest Prep Packages:
These packages may include nutrition and training leading up to and including the final prep week before the show. The price on this package is higher than a standard client due to it being more intensive. We pride ourselves on customer service and communication. You will not feel alone during your journey.

Team Doberman Posing Coaches will help teach you everything you need to know from how to walk on and off stage, relaxed poses, mandatory poses and even the best poses that will suit your physique!

Phone Consultations:
During the phone consultation we will look at your current plan (nutrition AND training). We will show you how to revise your current plan and make it more productive. Although we encourage you to take notes during this session a follow up Q and A email is included. An email prior to the call with your current program will be necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we meet in person?
No, distance coaching is primarily a service geared towards individuals with a high degree of motivation and sound exercise technique. Our in-person rates start at $65/hour. If you aren't in either the Columbus OH, or Tampa FL area and need an in-person training, send us an email and we can recommend a trainer in your area.
Do I need access to specialized gym equipment?
Nope, we can build a successful program around body weight, TRX, free weights, machines... Just let us know what you have access to and we'll customize it to your situation.
how often does the program change?
In general, you can anticipate your nutrition to change every 1-2 weeks and workouts to change every 4 weeks. Of course, this depends on your goals but that's a rough guideline.

It really depends on your current level of body fat. A good 'safe' estimate is aiming to drop 0.5% per week during your prep.
